With more than two decades of research and development, we've put together an outcomes management system that stands at the top of the industry, and we're willing to put our money where our mouth is. We'll capture more patient improvement than any other system or we'll refund your money. Here are the details:

• BHL documents patient improvement using the reliable change index as defined in the following reference and you'll need to use the same approach. BHL considers the patient documenting reliable improvement if at least one TOP subscale demonstrates reliable improvement. (Jacobson & Truax, 1991)   RCI = (X₂ − X₁)⁄SE_DIFF    SE_DIFF = (2(SE)²)^1⁄2
• The other system will need to be published in a referred journal and have documented confirmatory factor analytic properties that meet currently acceptable standards (specifically RMSEA <0.08, 90% CI < 0.08, CFI > 0.90, and TLI > 0.90) for each subscale or factor used in your calculations.
• You must use BHL's TOP and the other system on the same 500 patients or all of your patients for at least three months, whichever is smaller.
• If the other system captures more reliable improvement, BHL will refund the last year's full cost of our outcomes management system.
