Satisfaction Tools

BHL offers three client satisfaction tools that are designed for virtually all behavioral health treatment settings. These tools provide useful, benchmarked data that can be used in many kinds of quality improvement and marketing initiatives.

TPSQ is designed for patients who are able to complete the questionnaire themselves and are in inpatient facilities, residential facilities and/or day treatment settings.

TPSQ-Guardian is for children and adults from inpatient facilities, residential facilities and/or day treatment settings who are not able to complete the form themselves. It is designed to be completed by a parent or guardian.

Therapy Satisfaction Questionnaire is designed primarily for patients who are in out-patient therapy. It evaluates the quality of therapy provided from the patient's perspective. This questionnaire is available in adult and child versions as either a stand alone form or as part of the comprehensive follow-up TOP (Treatment Outcome Package).

Provider Rated Tools

The TOP-PR allows the clinician to quickly rate clinical progress without taking time away from treatment. Primary uses include:

• Assessing clients who are unable to complete an assessment independently or to provide reliable ratings themselves
  
  
• Using provider ratings in conjunction with TOP client rated tools, allowing the clinician to validate client self ratings
